Typically 5% of annual rent for unfurnished, 10% for furnished. It is held by the landlord and returned at end of tenancy if no damage is found.

Ejari is the mandatory RERA tenancy registration. All contracts must be registered โ€” for legal enforceability, DEWA and visa applications. We handle it.
